Seliga Tripper

Dear folks at Bell,

Just wanted to let you know that I have had my Seliga tripper for 2 years now, and love it more and more each time I paddle. On a lean it is a decent solo canoe, and tandem with kids and packs it tracks well, yet is still fun. It has been many years since a BWCA trip, but it paddles like the 'old woddies' that were part of the camp's collection- I am guessing that some had to have been Seliga's. Thanks for a great canoe.

MR340 Race

Bill Gassen and Ben Glassner are set to paddle the MR340 canoe/kayak race. They will be paddling a Roylex Northwind Bell Canoe. The 340 mile race starts in Kansas City and continues on the Missouri River toward StCharles, Missouri. There are eight different checkpoints along the 340 mile course. The race starts at 8:00 am August 4th and ends midnight August 7th, 2009. That gives the paddlers 88 hours to complete the 340 mile race. Best of luck and safe travels to Bill Gassen and Ben Glassner. (Click on image below for a bigger picture)
